Energy Clearing for Emotional Freedom
Trapped and deep seated emotions can be cleared from our biofield using a variety of techniques such as EFT (tapping), Thought Field Therapy and meridian clearing & balancing (Body Code, Emotion Code). Each energy clearing session includes a demonstration of easy to use at home techniques to reduce stress in daily life followed by a Reiki healing treatment.
This session is designed to help relieve the burdens of grief, anger, sadness and other deep seated and trapped emotions, depression, anxiety, PTSD and can greatly improve physical conditions such as chronic fatigue & Fibromyalgia.
Energy Clearing for Emotional Freedom sessions can unravel the mysteries behind your current physical discomfort, emotional unrest, relationship issues, or financial challenges. During this session, your subconscious mind reveals what needs to be addressed to restore balance and harmony in both your physical and energy bodies. Together we will discover the necessary balancing corrections, some of which may be clearing out trapped emotions, balancing the flow of energy in the body's meridian matrix system, and learning to restore peace and calm to your body and nervous system.
Please note: energy work can be tiring!  Your body may feel tired and/or you may have a brief period of emotional adjustment following your session. Please bring water to your session, consume extra water after your session and plan for some extra sleep if possible.

Nicole uses intuitive Reiki bioscen scanning & Energy balancing techniques to identify energy imbalances in the body.  A combination of  Reiki, colour therapy, vibration therapy and crystal therapy are applied to the 7 major Chakras while releasing the energy that is no longer serving you.  Chakras are harmonized and balanced.  Many clients will release energy that is no longer serving them, often saying they feel much "lighter" after a session.

Hi! I'm Nicole. I am a healer. I am a Reiki Master and practitioner of Energy Medicine, Acupressure and Meridian balancing, Structural balancing, Emotional Freedom Techniques and a certified Deep Flow Therapist. I specialize in improving the balance and flow of energy in and around the body.

Energy Medicine & Acupressure Balancing
Energy balancing is an holistic approach to health and well-being.  Energy & Meridian balancing uses a biofeedback system called muscle monitoring to test specific points along the body's acupuncture meridians to discover areas of stress and imbalance in the body, mind and energy systems.

​Nicole uses muscle monitoring and energy repatterning techniques combined with Reiki to bring balance and harmony back to the body's energy systems. These techniques provide support in shifting through issues that can cause the body to experience emotional or physical pain. These issues can be Mental, Physical, Emotional, or Spiritual.  
Balancing energy systems not only provides physical healing, but also reduces stress and pain, thus opening the door to optimum health and well-being.

A Reiki Master acts as a conduit between you and the source of the Universal Life Force Energy. The energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to you.

Receiving Reiki treatments supports the flow and balance of our Chi (our energy), which in turn supports physical and emotional healing, and releases energy that is no longer serving us. Reiki treatments are beneficial for both emotional and physical conditions.
