A Reiki session starts with a scan of the body and a brief test of Chakra energy levels. Nicole uses Reiki and Pranic healing techniques to cleanse your energy body of stagnant energy, stress and emotions that are no longer serving you, as released by your higher consciousness. Reiki is offered to the areas that present themselves during the body scan, which may include balancing one or more Chakras.
