Energy for change

Remember those 2021 New Year resolutions?
I wasn't going to cheat on my gluten free lifestyle.  Then my amazing son in law made gingerbread cookies. With wheat flour.

By this time every year, most people have already abandoned their newly made resolutions. But you and I don't have to be "one of those people".   This month I am setting a new goal ... to use Reiki to balance my energy systems so they can run freely, and to clear out energy that no longer serves me. EVERYDAY. This includes old thoughts, habits and patterns!

I am in the process of creating a new program that will help my clients to clear our old, unnecessary thoughts and energies from the subtle body.  This  program is not a fix it and forget it, magic spell, once and done.  It will require work on the client's part!  That work will include determining what you really want and choosing what you intend your future to look like.  I will invite Reiki to cleanse you of what no longer serves you, so you can get that crap out of the way and not face it as an obstacle any more, and firmly set your intentions into your energy system.
